Transfer is a full service, Talent and Initiatives agency that was established to facilitate business relationships between our clients and industry professionals.

The group is divided between four business pillars; our web and social media presence, the talent we manage, our production and delivery studio, and the initiatives we develop.

This talent business pillar operates just like a booking / modeling agency and prides itself for the calibre and portfolio of talent it manages. This business pillar is not a recruitment business; rather, it leads by the people and profiles we manage online and we only work by referral - we track professionals exclusively and subsequently work with the regions top advertising, media and digital agencies.

The opportunity
This is for someone who has worked in the industry for a long time and is now looking for a new challenge, work-life balance and wants to earn great commission either working from home or out of our Sydney offices.

You will be picking up a warm base of creative, digital and media clients, where you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing desk/portfolio across the Sydney, Melbourne and Asia Pacific region.

Experience
You must have prior digital, creative or digital industry experience and the ability to run your own desk/portfolio autonomously at your own pace and not in a suit!

We are based in Walsh Bay and have water views and like to keep to a flexible work life balance.

We are an entrepreneurial group which means we are mostly on 100% commission or profit share driven where commissions are paid monthly or quarterly as we believe this fosters high achievers and promotes a work life balance.
