Your responsibilities will include;

• Responsible for incoming emails, messages or calls diverted from either the group’s directors, business partners or clients.
• Management of diaries and arranging appointments internally and externally.
• Proactively keeping the directors to-do’s on target.
• Managing a strong relations with the groups external accounts keeping and payroll function.
• Keep a track of all social media conversations and accounts to continually generate a positive vibe throughout the net about transfer group.
• Launching news, talent and vacancies on sites across the group in conjunction with their social media accounts.
• Responsible for advertising talent, vacancies within industry mediums.
• Acting as the studio Transfer’s Account Executive and managing digital projects across the groups and its development business partners or clients.
• Responsible for preparing employment contracts across the group and managing freelancer queries.
• Responsible for and managing incoming timesheets, payroll and initial accounts payable and receivable requires.

You must;

• Have a Uni degree or equivalent. 
• Have strong understanding of the online and digital space.
• Be continually forward thinking about current market and industry trends and it’s people.
• Enjoy yourself at all times and not be scared to push back when appropriate.
• Continually keep a positive and helpful attitude where nothing is impossible or unattainable.
