Our client a web based leading housing intelligence business offers rigorous and highly accurate AVM to the Australian mortgage and finance industry.
Reporting to the CEO, you would co-ordinate the development and release of the Australian AVM, developing strategies to assist our clients with the AVM, and providing insightful housing market intelligence.
What we are looking for?
ColdFusion experience (5 years + is a must), with a thorough knowledge of Mach-ii and Fusebox.
Strong MS SQL skills.
Sounds knowledge of Standards compliant HTML, CSS and Javascript (Prototype and Scriptaculous).
Exposure to OpenLayers and GIS technologies a big plus.
Ability to build strong relationships in a professional environment.
Ability to liaise directly with clients with minimal supervision.
Strong customer focus and responsiveness.
A willingness to learn new skills, such as working with databases, coding, conducting analysis and research, communicating insight, and modelling techniques.
Your remuneration will be above market relative to candidates with similar experience, to reflect your outstanding credentials.
