The Client Service Director is a primary client contact opportunity, responsible for growing and retaining our clients as well as growing the businesses revenues. The role is also responsible for the overall client service team and needs to serve as a manager and mentor supporting both the day to day and long term needs of the team.

The position is actively involved in account development and planning both internally and with clients, including providing thorough understanding of the brand they are responsible for, maintaining quality standards that include an excellent attention to detail, responsibility for revenue forecasting, budget management and reporting.

Skills/qualifications
  • A minimum of ten years experience in marketing or Internet marketing in an agency environment;
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications preferred;
  • Digital experience highly regarded;
  • Experience in major account marketing preferred;
  • Broad understanding of Internet and digital issues, such as current trends;
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles and execution;
  • Exposure and/or experience in online media planning and buying;
  • Strong client and relationship management skills;
  • Able to contribute value-added thinking to a clients business
  • Able to provide clients with long and short term strategic guidance
  • Strong negotiation skills and an ability to grow revenue from existing clients
  • Understanding of the Australian online publishing landscape;
  • Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking;
  • Ability to work with other Agencies in an integrated capacity
  • Must have multi-channel experience
  • Strong understanding of brands
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on rapid project lifecycles;
  • Highly motivated with a passion to meet client expectations on all deliverables;
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented;
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and deliver on-time and on budget;
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong administrative skills;
  • Highly developed user skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable in a "non-traditional", entrepreneurial environment.
