Psychometric bench marking;

Through our online psychometric testing program we are able to identify talent, culture fit or a potential employee’s area of development.

Talent and Employer interview coaching;

With much experience meeting candidates and clients alike, we have found that the interview process can be unnecessarily daunting for both parties.

Candidates often fail to represent themselves properly, as even experienced candidates can be nervous about an interview and fail to project their true expertise and talent. We offer interview coaching to all candidates as part of our service.

Asking the right question is often where employers interviewing candidates run into difficulty. A good interviewee is not always a good candidate for the role. Likewise, a candidate that struggles in interviews is often simply shy, but perfect for the role...as long as the role does not require presentation skills!

Employers interviewing for specific positions may not have the required industry knowledge and just skim the surface, and we believe that more than one interview or conversation is preferable for both parties to truly understand expectations.

Transfer offers half-day and full-day interview training sessions to employers, which include role-playing, bespoke interview structures and questioning techniques.

Graduate program;

We offer graduates an induction program through Digital Cadet, leading graduates to employment interviews with first-rate organisations in the Australian digital media industry.

Mentor program;

We have put together a mentor sponsor program for juniors with digital talent, where we partner the digital graduate with an industry mentor to assist in the graduates’ development as well as helping them forge their career path.

Career, Life and Well-Being coaching;

The director of Transfer has gained a Certificate Five in Business and Life Coaching from the Life Coaching Institute.

He believes coaching is an empowering and fulfilling journey that encourages self-discovery, self-awareness and self-responsibility. Transfers focus is to continually support its network through strong business relationships and assisting others to achieve their goals; be it in sport, industry careers or well-being.

His achievements have been both in sport and business. Since 2005 he has completed six full and eight half marathons, a series of Olympic triathlons, Oxfam 100K walk and one half ironman with aspiration to complete a full ironman by 2010.

In 1999 he began his career as a Lotus Notes developer; in 2000 he transitioned into the online recruitment industry and in 2007 opened Transfer. In the interim, he completed a Masters in Business and Technology.
