With much experience meeting candidates and clients alike, we have found that the interview process can be unnecessarily daunting for both parties. Candidates often fail to represent themselves properly, as even experienced candidates can be nervous about an interview and fail to project their true expertise and talent. We offer interview coaching to all candidates as part of our service. Asking the right question is often where employers interviewing candidates run into difficulty. A good interviewee is not always a good candidate for the role. Likewise, a candidate that struggles in interviews is often simply shy, but perfect for the role...as long as the role does not require presentation skills! Employers interviewing for specific positions may not have the required industry knowledge and just skim the surface, and we believe that more than one interview or conversation is preferable for both parties to truly understand expectations. His achievements have been both in sport and business. Since 2005 he has completed six full and eight half marathons, a series of Olympic triathlons, Oxfam 100K walk and one half ironman with aspiration to complete a full ironman by 2010. In 1999 he began his career as a Lotus Notes developer; in 2000 he transitioned into the online recruitment industry and in 2007 opened Transfer.
