I also managed all other aspects of the business including website development, promotional marketing, sponsorship, sales support, PR, POS, packaging, design and events. My time at Patts B2B gave me a good understanding of the processes within a large mainstream agency and improved my management skills across complex client cultures, roviding excellent results for both the client and agency alike. Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology Communications Manager (contract) Six month contract extended to ten months, managing all marketing communications for a Change Management group established to support the integration of a large multi million dollar academic records management system (software) roll out within the University. This contract provided me with a good understanding of a large-scale SDLC rollout (PeopleSoft) within a large organisation, which required extensive and often-complex stakeholder management, thus improving my communications planning and execution skills. Senior Project Manager The main focus of the appointment was pitch, procurement and management of the Libragirl website for Sancella Pty Ltd and YoGo Alley for National Foods, the largest website developments for Tequila\Melbourne since its inception. It also involved relationship building and management with a UK based development team - www.lightmaker.co.uk - to produce the innovative chat room used within the Libragirl site. Libragirl involved extensive, formal concept and user acceptance testing through rigorous and strategic testing processes with target groups across the project and post testing reporting analysis and review.
